Mockathon

Identity & printed collateral designed for Flipboard's inaugural company-wide hackathon. Flipboard prides itself on a "mock it" mentality, inspiring employees to pursue their dreams for the product using working mocks and prototypes. We capitalized on this terminology in the name, and used various markup languages in the ephemera's communications.

The logotype's brackets served as the main form of identification, paying homage to the code writing abilities of the participants, as well as Flipboard's square logo.
